Final paper submission and Copyright form
The procedure for Final Paper Submission involves:
1 –Registration: at least one author should register to MEDICON 2019 (link here). The author should provide the paper ID in the registration form.
2 –Paper submission: the final paper submission for the MEDICON2019 is managed through the “EasyChair” conference management system. The link is:

Please follow the authors instructions (http://medicon2019.org/authors/instructions-for-authors/) to produce the camera ready version of the paper. Please note that authors have to provide original files, either MS Word or LaTex, and the pdf file. Please follow the following steps:
- Login to EasyChair through the conference submission page.
- Upon a successful login through the conference “submission ID” page (ID corresponds to the number of your paper), click on “Add or Update Files” from the menu bar.
- Upload the Camera Ready Paper in PDF format
- Upload the Original MS Word or Latex File of the Camera Ready Paper
- Upload the figures as a separate file (one figure per page, please)
- Submit Copyright Form: please fill the copyright form (link here) and submit it in PDF format
Please note that papers that do not follow the above procedure will not be included in the conference proceedings nor in the conference program.
